1. Curriculum

• Level 1

• -Students with minimal to no knowledge of Korean learn how to survive through basic everyday situations in Korea.
• -Students learn basic pronunciation and structure of Korean language to acquire basic communicative skills.
• -Topics: Greetings, self-introduction, ordering food, purchasing goods, phone calls, etc.

• Level 2

• -Using the knowledge from Level 1, students can understand and communicate in basic social circumstances.
• -Students learn conversational skills including the vocabulary and expressions necessary for daily life.
• -Students learn Korean culture and basic language skills for practical applications in public places.
• -Topics: Family, Transportation, Post office, Reservation, Hospital, etc.

• Level 3

• -Students learn various ways to use accurate expressions in conversational situations.
• -Students learn the difference between written Korean and colloquial Korean.
• -Various kinds of texts are provided and students acquire Korean language skills through reading and writing activities
• -Students can develop the skills to use various tones and manners in Korean language based on the formality of situations.
• -Topics: Experience, hobbies, job searching, hometown, information, advice, etc.

• Level 4

• -Students learn the skills for social relationships and works.
• -Students have various tasks and activities in order to improve problem solving skills in a special situation.
• -Students learn idiomatic expressions which Koreans use frequently.
• -Students imply their knowledge in Korean culture to learn more about the social and cultural elements of Korea.
• -Topic: Personality, convenient life, dream and reality, regret and mistakes, accident, etc.

※Classes for advanced learners may not be offered, and when they are not offered due to inadequate students, the tuition fee will be refunded 100%.
