3. Move-in

  • - As soon as you receive a notification of acceptance, you have to pay the dormitory fees including deposit by the payment deadline.
    - You have to inform of your estimated move-in date and time to the person in charge as soon as you receive information about your room.
    - The dormitory administrator will give you information about dormitory and regulation. You are to read the regulation and place your signature.

4. Move-out

  • - If you are leaving your room in next semester, you are to inform us that you are no longer live in the dormitory 1 month before you leave your room.
    - You have to inform of your move-out date to the office by 1 week before you leave your room.
    - You have to clean your room and be confirmed by the dormitory administrator.
    - You have to fill out a dormitory deposit refund form and submit it to the dormitory administrator.
    - You will be able to get refund of deposit after a day you completed check-out procedure.
